Mumbai Date 11: The ‘ Dilkhulaas ‘ program produced by the Directorate General of Information and Public Relations will broadcast a special interview with Abhishek Namdas, an officer of the Disaster Management Department of Bhandara district, who received awards for their outstanding work under the ‘ Rajiv Gandhi Administrative Acceleration (PRAGATI) Mission and Competition 2023-2024 ‘ , and Jyoti Nagalwade, a teacher of Jijamata Zilla Parishad Primary School.
An interview with Disaster Management Department Officer Abhishek Namdas from the ‘ Dilkhulaas ‘ program will be broadcast on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, and an interview with Jijamata Zilla Parishad Primary School Teacher Jyoti Nagalwade will be broadcast on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, from 7.25 to 7.40 am on all All India Radio stations and on the ‘ News on AIR ‘ mobile app. This interview has been conducted by District Information Officer Shailaja Wagh-Dandale.
Abhishek Namdas, an officer of the Disaster Management Department of Bhandara district, has been awarded the first prize in the category of Best Initiative from the Government Officers Group in the state-level competition under the Rajiv Gandhi Administrative Dynamics (Pragati) Campaign and Competition 2023-2024. Continuous efforts are being made through the district system to connect the citizens of Bhandara district with disaster management. Accordingly, the ‘DDMA Chatboard ‘ system has been created to provide updated information related to all the departments in the district from time to time. This system will help the citizens of the district to get immediate help in emergency situations. Mr. Namdas has given detailed information about how this system will provide information and help to the citizens through the ‘ Dilkhulas ‘ program.
Along with this, the second prize has been announced for the excellent work done by Jyoti Nagalwade, a teacher of Jijamata Zilla Parishad Primary School in Tumsar taluka of Bhandara district. Mrs. Nagalwade has implemented various activities to increase the number of students in Jijamata Zilla Parishad Primary School. The innovative experiments she has done have not only helped in increasing the number of students but also the quality of students. Teacher Mrs. Nagalwade has given detailed information about how she implemented these activities through the ‘ Dilkhulas ‘ program.
