Mumbai, Date 17 :- The state government has notified 1027 services under the Right to Services Act, out of which 527 services have been made available on the ‘ Aaple Sarkar ‘ portal. Administrative departments should make all their notified services available on the portal. Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has directed the Chief Secretary to impose a fine of Rs 1,000 per day on the heads of administrative departments who delay in this.
A warroom meeting of various social sectors was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis at the Cabinet Hall in the Mantralaya. In this meeting, various schemes of the Tribal Development Department, notified services on the Aaple Sarkar portal, implementation of government medical colleges, and Agristack initiatives were reviewed.
Stating that it is necessary to provide transparent and reliable services to the citizens of the state, Chief Minister Mr. Fadnavis said, 138 integrated services of various departments should be made available on the Aaple Sarkar portal by 31st May 2025. Also, the remaining 306 notified services should be made online by 15th August. Action should be taken to impose a fine of Rs. 1,000 per day on the heads of administrative departments who delay in providing online services within the specified period. He also directed that the Chief Secretary should issue a circular in this regard.
Information should be provided by September 15 regarding which new services can be notified while implementing the next process regarding the Right to Services Act. ‘ MahaIT ‘ should take action to authenticate the process of making services online. The process should also be changed so that benefits of various schemes can be availed through a single application. Efforts should be made to ensure that Maharashtra is at the top in the country in making maximum services available online by October, the Chief Minister also said.
Strengthen the tracking system further through the use of cutting-edge technology – Chief Minister
Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis directed that emphasis should be placed on further strengthening the tracking system using cutting-edge technology to provide real-time information on the status of the facilities and benefits provided to common citizens, including tribals , farmers, students, and others, while providing social security.
While reviewing the schemes of the Tribal Development Department, Chief Minister Fadnavis said that the work of providing infrastructure facilities to tribal families along with the benefits of the schemes should be accelerated. All the objectives under the Pradhan Mantri Janajati Adivasi Nyay Mahaabhiyan ( PM JANMAN ) should be completed by the end of 2026. Geotagging of mobile medical units in tribal areas should be done, a resolution should be taken from the Gram Sabha for the Gharoghar Naal Yojana. The completed multipurpose centers should be transferred to the Gram Panchayat. The work of constructing pucca houses for tribal brothers should be accelerated. The Tribal Development Department should provide funds as a special matter for land acquisition and complete the remaining roads. He also directed that the claims of tribal brothers in Nashik, Nandurbar, Palghar and Thane districts should be settled as soon as possible and 7/12 should be given in their names.

Transformation can be done in tribal areas – Chief Minister
The implementation of the ‘ Pradhan Mantri Dharti Aaba Janajati Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan ‘ ( PM DA-JGUA ) launched by the Central Government on October 2 last year should be done under the 100-day action plan of the State Government. This scheme, designed for the bright future of the tribal brothers, will help transform the tribal areas. Therefore, this campaign should be effectively implemented in 32 districts with tribal population. 21 initiatives in various 17 administrative divisions should be implemented down to the villages through district level committees, Chief Minister Mr. Fadnavis also gave instructions.
For the future expansion of government medical colleges
Chief Minister’s instructions to reserve at least 20 acres of land
Chief Minister Fadnavis reviewed the implementation of 10 new government medical colleges in the state. He instructed the concerned to immediately resolve the problems in order to speed up the construction of these colleges. He directed to take immediate action to determine the sites for the colleges in Ambernath, Wardha, Palghar.
Government medical colleges should be built with the future in mind. While providing space to the colleges, at least 20 acres of land should be reserved for their future expansion. 1489 posts have been demanded for new colleges, out of which more than 300 posts have not been filled yet. Therefore, the proposal to exclude technical posts from MPSC should be brought before the cabinet meeting, Mr. Fadnavis also directed on this occasion.
Establish a mechanism for updating and using ‘ Agristack ‘ – Chief Minister
Maharashtra, which is ranked third in the country in the registration of ‘ Agristack ‘ , should implement the registration process in a dynamic manner to bring it to the first position in ‘ Farmer Identity Card Registration ‘ . Emphasis should be placed on accuracy and quality while providing information on farmer registration, seasonal crop information, e-crop survey, village maps. Chief Minister Shri. Devendra Fadnavis directed that a mechanism should be set up for the updating and use of Agristack.
The target of registering 1 crore 19 lakh farmer identity cards under the ‘ Agristack ‘ initiative is 92 lakh 35 thousand farmers have been registered so far. According to the Agricultural Census 2021-22, 1 crore 71 lakh 10 thousand 697 farmers are being registered and out of them, the Chief Minister directed the District Collectors to make efforts to complete the registration of 78 lakh 75 thousand 477 farmers within the specified time frame.
On this occasion, Tribal Development Minister Dr. Ashok Uike, Medical Education Minister Hasan Mushrif, Agriculture Minister Adv. Manikrao Kokate, Information and Technology Minister Adv. Ashish Shelar, Public Health Minister Prakash Abitkar, Minister of State Adv. Ashish Jaiswal, Meghna Bordikar, Yogesh Kadam along with senior civil servants, District Collectors etc. were present.
